Privacy Policy
ABLD, a sole proprietorship represented by Jeongmin Lee, protects personal information in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Information and purposes

You can submit an inquiry without providing optional information or subscribing to updates. Promotional emails are sent only with separate consent to receive them.
2. Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is retained for up to one year from submission. We delete information without delay when it is no longer needed for its purpose or consent is withdrawn. Records that must be retained by law are stored separately for the applicable period.
Subscription information is retained until consent is withdrawn or the update service ends. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper records are shredded.
3. Service providers and international transfers
We use the following services to process inquiries. Inquiry content is transmitted over encrypted connections when submitted and emailed.

Personal information may be processed and stored outside Korea as part of these services. Resend's primary processing country is the United States. Transfers based on consent require separate consent before transmission. Please contact hello@abld.site for transfer-related questions or consent withdrawal requests.
Otherwise, we do not provide personal information for another business's independent purposes without separate consent or a legal basis.
4. Analytics and security
Website operations may involve IP addresses, access records, and browser information. Cloudflare provides security verification and operational records for website and inquiry services. Optional Google Analytics loads only when you allow analytics; it does not receive your inquiry form entries.
On English pages, the cookie icon opens Cookie settings, where you can change your analytics choice. Your saved choice applies across English and Korean pages; analytics does not start without consent. Withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics collection and removes its cookies from this site. Refusing analytics does not prevent inquiries or disable the operational records needed to process them.
5. Your rights and safeguards
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. ABLD handles requests in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.
We apply safeguards including restricted access, administrator authentication, and encryption in transit.
